Until the confirmation of your order’s shipment, you can contact us at info@xypolish.com to request changes or the cancellation of your order. Once shipped, you can return the product after receiving it, according to the terms of our return policy.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@xypolish.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.

Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Product

First, apply a single coat of our Perfect Prime Base Coat. After 5 minutes, apply one or two coats of XY Nail Polish, depending on your desired look. Wait 5-10 minutes between each coat. Finish with the top coat of your choice: Shiny, Holographic, or Matte.

Your nail polish should be stored in a cool dry place, where the temperature is less than 80° F and it is not exposed to heat or sunlight.

This means that Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, Xylene, Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Parabens, Ethyl Tosylamide, and Triphenyl Phosphate will not be found in our nail polish formulas.
